"Cappers Solution" evolved from two radical but separate systems designed to produce what we call (1) A Conventional Line or vegas' line and (2) A Bizz Figure or the ultimate line. The term "Biz FIG" is coined to describe the highest number a team or stock is capable of reaching or winning by on a given day and also for as "bizzare as it may sound" it is possible.

Prime example 5/4/08; Hawks VS Celtics-14.5. Our conventional line had Celtics-14.86 with a bizz figure of 35.88. The numbers showed that the Celtics strength ranged form 14.86 (or 15) to 35.88 (or 36) with room to spare. The Celtics won by 34 points!!! If we had told you the Celtics would win by as much as 36 points you may have said that was crazy. Now, do you comprehend what we are talking about!!!
